Founded in 2023 and based in London, we are a small but professional team that values quality over quantity. We are dedicated to building tools that people love, and we’re looking for an iOS Engineer who shares our excitement for creating something special as we take 17V28 to the next level.

What you'll be doing:

  • Developing new app features and taking them from concept to release.

  • Improving the app’s architecture through modularization while maintaining high code quality.

  • Identifying and fixing bugs by analyzing Sentry dashboard and user feedback.

  • Profiling the app using Xcode Instruments to identify bottlenecks and implementing performance optimizations for a smooth UX.

  • Actively contributing to brainstorming sessions, roadmap planning, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Professional experience developing consumer iOS apps with a large audience.

  • Strong knowledge of Swift, UIKit, and SwiftUI.

  • Solid understanding of graphics and image/video processing frameworks such as Core Graphics, Core Image, Accelerate, Image I/O, and Metal.

  • Experience in debugging, profiling and performance optimization.

  • Ability to think critically and provide creative solutions to technical challenges.

  • Experience owning projects end-to-end from initial prototypes to customer rollout.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with a team.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • A fun and approachable personality driven by a passion for creativity.
