17V28 is looking for a new teammate to join our small, creative team and help us nurture our growing community 🌐

about the role

we’re looking for a uk-based person who loves communication, structure, and building real connections with creators. this role blends customer support, community engagement, content publishing, and influencer outreach. you’ll be the warm, friendly face of 17V28 in our DMs, comments, and across our partner network.

you’ll be working closely with the founders and have a real impact on how our brand communicates and grows. this is a part-time, remote (uk-only) position – perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and enjoys being part of a small, hands-on team.

responsibilities

  • respond to comments and dms on instagram, tiktok, and occasionally pinterest – always keeping the brand’s tone of voice and friendly vibe;

  • post ready-to-go content across social platforms (instagram, tiktok, pinterest, youtube) – our creative assistant prepares the content, you publish it on schedule;

  • monitor mentions and engage with our community: like, comment, and interact with creators who tag or use our app;

  • repost user-generated content to our stories and highlights;

  • lead our influencer program: build relationships with creators and ambassadors;

  • support day-to-day community activities and small ad-hoc tasks related to social media.

requirements

  • based in the uk (required);

  • fluent written english and the ability to communicate in our brand’s tone of voice (friendly, creative, slightly informal);

  • strong sense of responsibility, structure, and attention to detail;

  • ability to work independently and take initiative;

  • warm, people-first energy – you genuinely enjoy talking to people and building relationships;

  • familiarity with instagram, tiktok, pinterest, and youtube;

  • comfortable using modern productivity tools like Asana, and confident working with spreadsheets;

  • previous experience as a community manager, customer support, or influencer coordinator is preferred but not required – if you’re eager to learn and grow, we’d love to meet you.

applicants will complete a short first-round test task as part of the application. candidates who pass this stage will be invited to an interview, followed by a second, more in-depth assignment.

test assignment – round 1

As part of your application, please complete all of the following:

  1. Reply to a comment: “When will Android be available?” – write your response in our brand’s tone of voice.

  2. Reply to a comment praising a feature: “OMG, I’ve been waiting for this feature sm – thank you!!!!” – respond as the brand.

  3. Respond to a DM inquiry: “Hello, I can’t find your bubble sticker in the app 🥺 where can I find it?”

  4. Content scouting task: find three user-generated posts (from the @17v28.app instagram mentions) that would fit our profile style and could be reposted. briefly explain why you picked them.

  5. Influencer outreach task: find 3 creators (5k–100k followers) you think would be a great fit for 17V28. for each, share their handle, why they’re a match for our brand, and write a short, personalised dm you’d send to invite them to a collaboration.

Note: candidates who successfully complete this stage will be invited to an interview, followed by a second, more in-depth assignment.
